Alma, the virtual assistant was designed to help users to subscribe to a campaign to collect gifts for vulnerable kids in Spain during Christmas.
Problem: Due to Covid-19 was impossible to do the physical subscription process at companies. It was necessary to subscribe the user, assigned a kid, an specific gift and add delivery information.
Solution: Alma is kind, full of joy and loves to help others. We created a web chatbot with 40 landing pages, one for each company. After some questions from Alma, the user had the opportunity to subscribe to the programme and obtain all the important data with only one conversation.
