Tweak 2

Making slow but steady progress on Tweak. Rebuilt much of it onto a much more extensible model. New features:

Direct Manipulation: drag layers themselves to position, you no longer have to use the property sliders.

Interactions/Events: trigger things based on interactions on a specific layer (i.e. Tap, Swipe, Long Press)

Transitions: Update any properties of a layer, interactions can trigger multiple transitions.

Still lots more to do, but a few big learnings already.
