Message interface v2

Hi guys,

Still want a perfect tool for conversations between team members. Slack and HipChat are ... Chat. I love emails but it's hard to maintain multiple email and go over the noise of some newsletter or other marketing emails.

I need your feedback :
- What do you think about this version ?
- Which options / functionalities do you really need in a conversation tool ?

Some informations :
- The first column is for companies.
- The second for projects inside each company
- And then on the right the message list and message view

The goal is to make it full "realtime" webapp with meteor and keep focus on fast read / search / answer.
