HospitalRun initial UI mock

Took my first past at mocking up the UI paradigm for HospitalRun. There will be plenty of challenges surfaced as we build it out further, but this will get us started at least.

HospitalRun is an open source EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system for charitable hospitals in the developing world. It's being built primarily by my former colleagues at CURE International for their own network of hospitals.
