Amazon Redesign | Ecommerce Returns Case Study
This is the redesigned app listing and return feature screens for a case study I am doing. As we all know since the pandemic, the number of online orders has skyrocketed. Recent studies show that more than 30% of the products that are bought online are returned. This is a major cause of loss and concern not only for the company but also for manufacturers. The shipping and return process not only causes loss of profit but also ends up overusing precious recourses like packaging and fossil fuels for transportation.
