Website for a luxury summer house

I'm working on a website for one of the most luxurious summer houses I've ever set foot in. The .gif doesn't really do the site much justice, but neither does a simple screenshot.

There's a lot of javascript going on with an interactive ground plan, a gallery with filtering and lots of small details (fixed menu, background switching etc). A high-quality video is also in the making, so that'll probably replace the large image in the top-part.
