Metal Letters

For the cover of the app we wanted something that looked like an old sign. Every project I work on I try to make a habit of teaching myself something new. This was my first attempt at realistic 3d lettering. I went a bit overboard in the detailing of each letter (You dont see the detail in the final piece) but it was a fun exercise in texturing/lighting 3d objects. I'll post a full shot of the cover soon. I just wanted to give context for the "T" Make sure and check out the 2x version for the detail.
