#inmysketchbook

I figured I'd put up one of my more legible (and simpler to understand without context) sketches and talk a little about what my sketching process is like.

Everyone uses their sketchbook differently. For me a sketchbook is a place to "barf out" vague ideas onto a page as quickly as possible (especially when I haven't had my cup of tea yet).

I also rarely use a sketchbook. I prefer to reuse scrap paper I find lying around—a habit I've had since I was three. I've also been known to sketch one idea on top of sketches of previous ideas. Because of this, I hardly ever share my sketches or hold on to them for long.
