Type Store logo

Type Store is a side project I’ve been meaning to start for nearly 6 months. I’ll not say too much more about it for now, but here is the first take on the logo.

This is a design I’ve had in my head for a while, and I finally made some time to explore it in Illustrator. The idea is based on metal type and well a store front. Type Store. Inspired.

I plan to also make a few variations of this to work better at smaller sizes. I would love any feedback. Bonus points if you can guess the typeface of the ampersand!
