Designing a customer facing connected experience
Before this digital transformation, Humana customers used a variety of unconnected applications that lacked a cohesive design system. Although each customer application has a unique purpose, they share data, tools, and looks. Following Humana’s established visual language, I developed a set of standalone applications (Tablet, Kiosk, Mobile app) that maintain the brand's look and feel while giving the user the sense that Humana knows and cares about them personally.
