Colonel Plump's Slop Trough

I've been rewatching some old episodes of Parks and Rec and loving the little details I didn't pay much attention to the first time around. Somehow I missed that the universally-hated Sue's Salads had been replaced by a burger joint called Colonel Plump's Slop Trough. I wondered what the colonel might look like, so I took a stab at it. Thought it might make a fun T-shirt.
