WFH Exercise App
Problem: People who sit for long periods of time behind a compute aren't getting enough exercise and need a reminder to get up and do something active.
Inspired by quarantine and people having to work from home. The goal is to encourage and remind users to get up periodically during their workday and do something active (ie practice mindfulness breathing).
Users can customize what types of exercises they want to do, when to do them, and for how long.
Exercises are meant to be "short bursts" of activities as to not interfere with work but rather promote a healthier WFH lifestyle.
