Claymore Operations Brand Identity

The symbol consists of a flying eagle formed within the shape of a shield. The eagle is facing forward and toward a new dawn, just as this non-profit helps warfighters envision the future and new beginnings. Since ancient times the eagle has been considered a sign of strength, freedom, determination and independence. These are characteristics they strive to instill into those they help. Through history symbols of an eagle have also represented healing and enlightenment. Soaring high in the heavens the eagle symbolizes a connection with the Creator. The shield represents security and protection and the “three” points of the shield embody the three core elements of Claymore Operations—the military mentor, the civilian mentor and the warfighter mentee.
