[SaaS - Dashboard] Knowledge Management System for Audit and Law
Knowledge management is a powerful asset of every company aspiring to the sustainable growth and business continuity.
System enables users to:
- search articles by key words, catalogues, tags, authors or any other search filters in seconds,
- save relevant articles to favorites to make future navigation through most popular articles more convenient and faster,
- motivate company employees to use the system through gamification features.
As a UI/UX Designer on this project, I’ve investigated an “As-Is” processes in the knowledge management and prepared a work flow with corner cases for two main Personas: Knowledge Manager and Company Employee.
As for implementation details, the navigation menu has been placed on the left to facilitate site navigation. I also made it possible to see all the settings for more convenient switching between them.
The subscription has also been improved by adding the ability to switch between monthly and annual plans, highlighting the most popular plan.
In addition, there was visualized how much storage is in use and how many users are there now to inform managers if they need to update their plan.
Also, I’ve added the ability to buy additional file storage separately.
