W I R E D redesign

Just a quick take on the http://www.wired.com/ homepage made for fun.

I'm a big fan of the magazine and the site, but not so much of the homepage. I think that the site can benefit a lot from redesigning it's most prominent top section, menu and header. The first impression that the reader gets on the current site is not in line with Wired's high design standards and kinda looks like the layout is missing some CSS...

subliminal message to Wired editors: go ahead, think about it and do it :]
