Papercut Rooster, for Cookbook

Papercut illustration created for a cookbook that I self-published with my mom. This was on the backside of a divider page, and illustrates the story of my mom as a kid, and the relationship she had with chickens and roosters on her family's ranch.
The cookbook is all dessert recipes, and it's called "Sweet Remembories". It's also part memoir. It includes over 100 recipes, many recipes which were passed down through the years. You can find it on Etsy,
