Created this poster (it's hanging on my wall now) after reading Bradford Shellhammer's post on medium: You're a designer. Not the CEO.

"Working in a solitary silo is just as bad as team silos. Part of the job of a designer is to bring people with you. Listen to everyone. Engage everyone."

The more marketing works with development and every other department the more important it is to adopt a "we" mentality than an "us versus them" attitude. We're all in this together!
