Yuba Illustrations

Illustrations commissioned for a short story in which an artist is drawn in by a shine of indigo he's never seen, tries and fails to paint it, and then finally discovers that it lives in the interplay of sky, lake, and ground. The final image is the author, dreaming the story, and waking to discover the indigo in the shadows between the author and their partner. A really sweet commission, that I loved drawing.
