Can you imagine if we had extended arms?

When I am walking on the streets I observe everything and most of all, people. This particular time, I observed a guy with both busy arms, he carried his cellphone in one hand and a coffee on the other. So I imagined:

What if we had an extension that releases the weight on our arms while holding things? The longer we do something with our arms, the longer they would be. I think this guy right here was using his phone for too long 😆
