WMC Print Ad

Working on a print ad that will go in Buzzbin Magazine's "Summer Festival Guide" - it's a half page vertical ad. 4.5" x 11" tall. I'm really NOT sure where to go with it, so this is my first concept. I need critiques.

Too much info? Should I go more minimalist? The end goal is to get people to go to the fest. But there's so much noise out there, how do you get your fest to stand out?

Should I list the lineup or make them go to the website? How much info do I put in the ad and how much do I leave out?
