Sign up or sign in flows are one of the easiest parts to design—but also one of the most important parts of your product experience.

It's really easy to undermine their importance because of how simple they are but just keep in mind that this is one of the entry points with your users—and first impressions are important.

Even after years of designing countless sign-in/sign-up flows, I still find pleasure in obsessing about spacing, hierarchy, and small details in such experiences.
