Struggle of Families during COVID-19 Lockdowns

Prototype of suggested application with short-hand access to latest updates and personal assistance. Done during UX-Design course at Politecnico di Milano by prof. Pillan in a team with Andrea de Bernardi, Andrea Tremari, Hilary Palazzolo and Julieta Griguol. We added chat box on existing web-site of local authorities as well as proposed a specific application that could be advert after chat usage. This solution aims to support citizens with easier and warmer communication from government.
