Premier Inn Mobile 2013

Last year I worked on some improvements to the Premier Inn mobile platform around the UX and design of the search and booking flow.

Running on a separate platform to the main .com, the challenge here was to provide an interim solution to improve the existing UX search flow while also updating the design in line with the Premier Inn Business site. This would then lead into phase 2 - a complete redesign. Revenue has increased by over £1 million in the few months this has been live.
