F - friend

It's a tough topic for me. I haven't seen my friends for 2,5 years and miss them so much. When I moved to Europe, I had some bureaucratic issues with my resident permit and wasn't able to go to my homeland to see them. That place was a dead-end, I was broken and found the way out by switching the country. Finally, I was able to travel and having a job, but guess what? Yep, the pandemic has started. Hello me in the new country, without the possibility to meet my old friends or make some new.

For quite some time, I'm thinking of adopting a companion dog, but there is a whole room for doubts. Can I afford it? Do I have enough time to have a walk twice a day? I'm good at cat behavior understanding, but am I a good friend for a dog? Can my cats accept a new face in our family? Ughhh
