Loan Profile Form w/ Steps

Working with a client that needs a long form that's simple and easy to move through, this is the start of the form and how the user would step through the form fill process. We're breaking it down into simple navigable steps while clearly defining where they are in the process. The sidebar on the right changes content based on the field in focus and will move with the users scroll to give appropriate directions to act as a help section.
