Virtus specializes in consulting on organizational culture and coaching high performing teams for success. Their team wanted to ensure that they differentiated themselves from the “corporate giants”. They wanted a boutique agency brand that was approachable. A brand that said “hey, we offer personal support in an intimate team setting”.

They used words like strong, fair, honest, wise and ethical to describe their brand, for which we thought the deep navy blue, paired with neutral tones, communicated this best.

The brand icon’s “V” contains an abstract leaf element that symbolizes personal growth. We just love how the icon functions independently from the main logo, especially on stickers!
