Challenges make a designer stronger. But how can a design challenge strengthen the whole team?

We used 2 meetings to support our design team members with generating alternative solutions for a crucial screen in an application for our client.
The process was fast, dynamic and… very productive in terms of creativity!

Pros achieved — different 4 UI paths explored, usability increased and several UX challenges discussed. 


All the designs shown here are real. We join real UI movement (#realUI) — share designs implemented or to be implemented, made for a client (might be internal), made for usability, but with ambition to be aesthetically pleasing at the same time.
