Field Notes from a Catastrophe

This is my cover design for Elizabeth Kolbert's book 'Field Notes from a Catastrophe' as part of a larger book design project. It is inspired from a rite in the rain notebook which is a popular field note-taking book. I created this art mostly in Adobe Photoshop and laid out the text in Adobe InDesign.
