The Trinity

One of the images for the fictional novel I'm currently working on. Made using crosshatching style so that it will appear classical sketch when printed on the actual book.
The trinity, as described on the codex comprises of three-member council that governs the elemental world. They are created to maintain the balance of nature, and to guide the most precious creation of god — the humans.
- Maria Makiling (Mother Nature) - the giver of life, but can also summon storms and earthquakes to keep the balance.
- Babaylan (The Oracle) - the wise, teaches mortals about the elemental world. Shares knowledge to humans on how to use nature to cure illness, or rituals for expulsion of a evil spirits that possesses mortals.
- Bangungot (Death) - bringer of death, can summon plague. Lures evil-mind mortals and teaches rituals to humans on how to inflict sickness and discomfort (kulam) to other humans. Superior of evil ones.
