Typography and Communication Open Day Poster

This piece of work was my final project design for my university module 'Typography & Communication 2'.

This Open Day poster is based on the architecture grids and drawings. I expanded my ‘OPEN DAY’ type to make my poster seem dynamic, sticking to keep from being too obviously architectural. For the typefaces, I used ‘Myriad Pro’ for my main ‘OPEN DAY’ as I wanted a clean san serif and I used ‘Futura’ for my course details so that it was linked to the university.
