Creating a large application always presents an equally great challenge. Especially when it's replacing an app that's currently being used.
Our goal was to create an app for chiropractors to let them digitize their paper documents, manage patients and their appointments.
To make better design choices we needed to get inside the chiropractor's heads and understand how they have been using their existing patient management application. Getting a solid grip on the kind of habits they have formed was key to understanding their goals and needs.
These types of complex projects always pose some challenges... but it feels great when everything comes together. And of course they force us to improve our craft.
