I GUARD MY ENERGY
When it comes to guarding my energy it's important for me to be aware of my thoughts and emotions at all times. having the ability to pinpoint what makes me feel what, when it happens is key. Appropriately reacting to certain people and situations limits the amount of my energy that is being drained. Distancing myself from people and situations that are toxic also limits my exposure to negativity. By guarding my energy from negativity I am left feeling positive, creative and motivated.
