HR Gender and Racial composition charts and dashboard

This ambitious non-profit is using data to clarify and illuminate gender and racial "parity" within organizations of 100 or more employees. Based on academic research and HR data, they want to help companies see where the ceilings are for the women and people of color. By shining a light on factors like compensation, tenure, leveling, companies can better see where they can improve diversity and eliminate pay gaps.

We designed this product to have informative, straight-forward charting and also provide actionable highlights to the important highs and lows to easily alert HR executives and staff. This is an ongoing project and the charting continues to grow in complexity and usefulness.
