Moshi Moshi Dribbblers 👋

We are very excited to introduce the Qonto’s AI bot - Moshi! (Meaning ‘hello’/‘âllo’ in Japanese).

Like many 90s kids, we grew up idealising a future where robots and humans would better serve each other. This project was quite a teenage dream!

As the newest Customer Success team member, Moshi helps thousands of Qonto users solve unique problems each day. Moshi engages in a helpful and empathetic way with each user, address their issue, and - help to retain happy users.

How did we design Moshi? ✅ Trustworthy (Qonto branded through colors and logo) ✅ Efficient (digital eyes & levitating body to move fast) ✅ Friendly (smiley and welcoming body expression)
