Viking - Mascot logo

VikingStickers is an upcoming company focused on selling stickers all over the world. They approached me looking for a mascot logo for their branding.
The idea was a modern Viking with lots of personality in him. The main goal was to make him look tough, yet have that fun character in him.

The gradient idea was added to make him stand out, give the logo a powerful, modern feel, and best fit their target market.

Although such use of gradients has its disadvantages, after some discussions we concluded that it'll be more beneficial for their brand to go with it.
