Deliveroo - select a substitute to complete your order

I love the Deliveroo app! But, when checking out, if any items are unavailable, they offer only these two options to choose from. You can either:

- Cancel entire order, or
- Remove item(s) from order

This means that you can end up having an order delivered with that one item that you really cared about having delivered. I feel like there should be an additional option:

- Ask to amend order

So a person is notified if there are any items missing, and can substitute their items with items that are available 🙂

This is what happened to me recently. I wanted to order some seafood (salmon, in this case). But, since I didn't want to have only one item delivered, I added 5 more items to my basket. I checked out with this option selected: "Remove item(s) from order".

My order ended up being delivered without the salmon 🙃 I wished there was a way to be notified about any unavailable items so I can amend my order. So I designed a possible solution to this problem.
