eCRM UI/UX modifying

I once got these 3 pages to analyse and modify. At that time I was confused how to do it and didn't had any idea to improve it but now as a student who looking forward to become a UI/UX designer in future, I thought of doing it and see how much I have improved my knowledge in UI/UX. So I would appreciate if anyone can tell me how to improve these further.
