National Training Fund

The National Training Fund was established as royal decree in 2016 to support training and workforce opportunities for Omani nationals. As a funding agency, NTF works directly with key stakeholders such as government organizations, training institutions and the industry.
Before we start on the project we had kickoff workshop. It helped us to understand the client's vision, We visited the organization and gathered information about them, their customers and HR industry. We conducted a detailed competitor analysis and mapped several user journeys to identify user pain points.
