Threadbare is an app that empowers women to shop ethically. I wanted to be able to walk into a store, scan the barcode, and know if the clothing was made ethically in all stages of production (raw materials, cut and sew, final production).

The goal of this app is to make it convenient to shop smart and make the industry more transparent. It's inspired by the need for more ethically made products in the aftermath of the Bangladesh factory collapse last year.
