Navigation Redesign UX/UI Web App

A short sneak peek of what I worked on at Octonius.

For the past months, one of the areas I worked on was figuring out a way to improve our user's flow in the web app.

After usability testing, lots of UX research, talking with stakeholders, the sales team and users, I created an entirely new navigation bar and secondary navbar.

Also, after getting our data in, I decided to add a faster way to invite coworkers and create new tasks.

I am still testing the solution, but this is the direction I am going.
