Traveler journey mapping
The travel industry is going to look a lot different once we're able to get back on the road, and we're preparing to support our travelers as soon as they get going. Several members of teams across the company got together to create a customer journey storyboard several months ago, and recently our discussions have revolved around the ways that journey will change—from the literal beginning, at the moment a traveler looks at their phone for inspiration, all the way to a few days after their return, as they share their memories with loved ones.
