Sekhmet is a goddess of war and healing who can breathe fire that's said to be the cause of hot desert winds.

There's a story where Ra sends her down to destroy some humans conspiring against him and she gets a little overzealous with it and almost destroys all of humanity. She's only stopped by Ra sending down beer that looks like blood which gets her drunk enough to go home.
