Need help with iOS design !!

Hi everybody, I need a serious help from you.

I'm having a trouble with ios app developers, whom refused to code my design (after a month I've spent on designing it...), because according to them, it is not following apple's ios design quide. They say that app needs to have more default elements from the quide, so it can be possible to sucessfuly develop it to full app.

Can anyone please help me and tell me if my design is really that bad and if it needs a serious redo, or it it fine and they are incompetent.
