# Shot 7: Gaming App
After receiving the challenge, I immediately thought of The Queen's Gambit - a Netflix series I was watching at the time.
I challenged myself to transform the movie's aesthetic into an interface. I collected pictures and inspiration from the series, figured out the color palette, picked a serif font because it carried the classic and mysterious vibe of the film and searched for suitable illustrations, pictures for the app.
Voila, it's definitely a fun process and I would love to do it again! It trained me to analyze an aesthetic and turn it into graphic elements.
