Flow Diagram

I sketched the flow diagram out by hand first, before I put all of the material into Figma. Screens or states are represented by a box and each interaction by a circle. I was defining the high-level flow (one primary use case) for booking flights on the an airline mobile app where I:
• Addressed all the issues that were highlighted in my customer journey map
• Laid the groundwork on which I'll build my designs in upcoming projects.
