This logo is for a community focused real estate brokerage. Real estate is an out dated business and they want to stand out not only with how they do business, but graphically with young, modern and clean design.

They aim to cater to millennials and to create long term partnerships within their communities in order to uplift each other while delivering the best home buying experience.

The colours are muted, classic and trendy with a splash of colour to add that youthful energetic hint.

The font is hand written and slanted with some background texture to give this movement and energy.

The city is used as a background element for future branding projects. This is meant to be flexible in case they want to expand their reach out to other local cities.
