Crocus New Moon

Why do only Full Moons have names?

The New Moon marks the time for cleansing, renewal, for defining new programs.
I would rather have a name for the each period of growth starting from the beginning.

Let this be the Crocus New Moon.

I would've called it Saffron, but the Crocus from which it is harvested actually blooms in autumn. A well known symbol of light.
But the crocus to which I am best accustomed is the spring crocus, which pierces the snow and blossoms happily under the first warm rays of sun.
(And has about the same chromatics.)

This new moon shall come with hope, courage and vigor, happiness from pure existence and strength in existing in the fullest form.
This new moon the plans are made in full alignment with the higher self and full of compassion for the human self.

This new moon starts the spring of my blossoming soul.

And so it is.
