Daily ui 101 - Sign up remix

Took another shot at the Pokemon Go sign up page I created in 2019. Changes included:

- Removed the distracting background and visuals (sorry Pikachu), allowing the user to focus on the task at hand (signing up).
- Removed unnecessary icons in the input fields. They did not improve the design, only added to the clutter.
- Removed the username field. This step would be captured later during the onboarding process (along with date of birth and team selection).
- Pulled the input labels out of the field. This allows them to always be visible.
- Removed a lot of the rounded corners. This was a trend in a lot of my older design work.
- Changed the call to action color. I think the light green pops a lot better.
- Added a 'Sign In' option down below. Totally missed that last time.
