A complete redesign of Segment Documentation from 2k20. We have developed a new website architecture, refreshed the visuals, and all this to make the users' work with the Segment even easier.

What was the challenge? Segment Documentation is a very complex website with a large number of valuable articles. Thanks to them, the user can learn and find out all what he needs to work with the Segment App. However, the Documentation architecture was difficult to use and needed a new solution to improve the user experience.

Meet our solution We designed the website architecture from scratch. Side navigation, breadcrumbs and an intelligent search bar at the top of the page help you find the material you need. In addition, we enriched the content with a lot of links with tips indicating useful materials related to a given topic. Thanks to this, the user can quickly find the necessary information.
