Denník N - News App

I would like to introduce you a project that I have been working on for almost two years. Redesign of Denník N subscription application for iOS & Android.

Denník N is the first Slovak 🇸🇰 daily and online medium that has the most income from subscribers.
It gives editors financial and journalistic independence from political, economic or advertising interests. Denník N has 1.8 MILLION monthly users.

The reason for the redesign was clear. The previous app had a lot of UX bugs, bad reviews on the App Store and Google Play and outdated design. The application was also available only to subscribers.

After two years, after designing almost 1000 screens for 4 different resolutions, the new Denník N application has been available for download for a few months now.

Now the application is growing and we have increased the number of users by a third. And we're talking about tens of thousands of users.
More than 20% of people also use "Subscribed" or "Share" features. And we're pleased that 12% of users use the "Unlock" feature to distribute content to people without a subscription.

I'm glad that people like the new look, that the numbers are growing and the client is satisfied. I look forward to launching other projects we're working on.
